Look close... That's a super old school Pirate Cycles adapter & sprocket that I pulled out of my stash!

It's almost finished... All that's left to do is lace a Sturmey front drum into the wheel.
I'm going with the drum because it's more correct looking for the bike, & easier to install than a disc.

The next piece of the puzzle arrived!!!

I got this (new) on eBay for $50 shipped... & it got here from China in two weeks!

I'll get it laced up next week & post some pictures.

Here's a little update...

I built the wheel yesterday, & today I welded a small tab on the inner fork leg to lock in the drum brake arm.

I tried different bands & clamps on the fork leg, but everything looked cheezy... So I made the tab.
