Villiers build.

After quite some time away, due to trying to rest, i've been doing loads of staring, and some building! totally addicted to this forum, some amazing bikes on here. So, my first build was a Briggs engined affair, but i have a Villiers for this one, and now i have a tube bender, a nice old Hilmor, so what do you think so far?

A bit more progress. These wheel are not the ones i will be using, i have atom hubs to lace to new rims.

Got some more done today, jackshaft plate welded, sprocket and clutch on shaft, maybe not the ones i will be using, but easy to change

She’s going to shooting out flames! One thing as I get older I like the quit rumble over the loud header. But love the short header look.

I agree, that short pipe really looks good. It reminds me of the exhaust on an old bi-plane !

It's from a peugeot 102 moped, i bought from mopedland in the uk.
