Looks good. Im no electrician, But I plan on putting a 12w headlight and and tail light and a 12v horn. What size battery would I need to hook all that up. I was thinking a 12v but would all this run off a 12v. If not let me know what size.

What the watt of your horn ,

you need a 12v 10 watt Headlight and a 12v 7watt Tail Light Halogen Bulbs and your battery can be a 12v 9amp
hook one wire to the battery + and one to the switch for the horn,and one to the -
yes i have 8 lights on my bicycle, but the Turn Signal Lights or not on all the time.

Wow that grease fitting is a great idea - does it give you any problems with grease getting on the clutch?

Wow you've reversed the cylinder block! Are you having any over heating problems with a rear mounted exhaust?
