once you have the hole cut out to fit the sprocket over the the hub how do you get the chain to clear the fat tire? i tried spacing it out but then can get the brake arm on any suggestions?

Use a extra rubber rag joint & bend the brake arm.
You also have to make off set motor mounts for the chain to clear the tire.

I guess Dreams do come true ...hows it coming along Norm ?

I've been so busy working on customers bikes that I haven't touched it in a while.
