Trike rear axle problem

I'm trying to remove what I believe to be called the drive side wheel of a Worksman Mover trike. The first wheel came off just fine. That was the side with left hand threads. The other wheel shows no signs of moving after I remove the axle nut. The hub on this wheel is obviously different than the other wheel. I can't find a photo of the axle on the internet that might show me some clues. Can anyone help?

I am not familiar with the Worksman trike axle, but on one of my trikes, the drive wheel is attached to a flange on the axle with 3 bolts, inboard side of the wheel hub, as well as having a nut on the end on the axle, outboard side of the wheel hub. If I do not remove the 3 bolts and the large nut the wheel will not come off.
