That's very neat. What's the flow rate on the water pump? Perhaps, it can be used for our engines. Poor man's 2 stroke cooling would consist of small diameter copper tubing wrapped around the head (in the fins?) routed to small radiator.

Very NICE - interesting thing is, I think I've seen your site before - pre- motorbicycling.com - I think someone linked it on BITOG or some other site.

Anyhow - those coolant line are large! You could use the waste heat for warming the house in the winter or power generation. (^):D

stock was 13ft of head pressure, but of course I changed the stock head to a custom made durlan top. with the custom top, I get 18.91 feet (246.6 Gallons per Hour)

Looks great, man! I may be blind but I couldn't see any current specs?

Your system puts mine to shame, but I'm running a Intel dual core 2.3 ghz, overclocked to 3.4 ghz. stable. 4gigs ram
Air cooled, 7 fans and a big ol heat sink (the thing is a monster) keeps it at 40 deg idling. High 40's at 100% load. Haven't really seen it over 50 degrees once (temps are taken with coretemp).
Uptime is over 2 months (no reboots), and I run Boinc (boinc.berkeley.edu) around the clock, so cpu stays at high load.

I would love to do water cooling like you did, but think i should focus on 1 project at a time (my bike at the moment) :-D

Ok, im done geeking-out now.
