Have been running several of the Comet 30 clone torque converters. There seems to be more vibration than I remember from the Original Comet units. There is quite a bit of run out with the drivers. The units function well other wise. These are all on the Preddy 212. The original Comet units are in the $200 range compared to the $50+ for the clones. Have though about just buying an original driver($90).
Any thoughts on this? You folks running a Preddy with a centrifugal clutch find the engine to be fairly smooth? Hate to spend big $$ only to have the same issue.
