Torn Resistant Tubes for 3 inch tires

I was looking around a little but I am having trouble finding them for 24" tires. Could somebody throw me a link? I want to change them before I make longer trips.

I also always want to have a backup tube with me as well as a backup chain (already on the bike in a bag).

Track down the Goatherder... he's pretty savvy on abusing tires & tubes!
...well, avoiding problems with them... :-)
