and wound up not doing much hunting...
my yellow mountain bike had a clutch issue just before leaving so i slapped on a spare 56t and took the cruiser.

they are old grave stones, people used to carve their loved ones' initials in rocks and then paint them to make headstones.
they were coal miners from the days before organized labor, you would work 100 hours a week in the mines to be given script that was only good in their store.
at the end of the week you got a handful of food from the company store and a note saying how much you owe the company for working all week...
