Hello, I measured the wheels of the whizzer
The tire dimensions would be 20.5 inches
Tires can not be found in belgium
Please take a look at the tires please
There only this left to be able to ride with
Thank you for your help

Thank you for your research and your help
I tried 2 sizes of tires
21 inches is too large and 19 inches is too small
For me the right size should be 20 inches but without certainty
I removed the wheel and I clean all the rust
To see if there is no inscription on it

Hi Rudy, normal tires would be 20×2.50

tandem tires For Whizzer is 600-55c 24×2 1/4
Only 2 sizes.

Try this place in England.

Those are the sizes for American produced bikes. Rudy very possibly has one produced in Luxembourg, and they will have used locally sourced late 1940s part. That means there is a big gap in the available knowledge until he finds an authoritative source on those bikes.

Thank you very much for your advice and help
I will try to find a person who would have tires in 20 inches
for to try

Yes, to know, that I know, I know.
Your better off going with 24"rims, will cost hundreds less, cause I know.
Looks like you guys don't know, about the L Whizzers.

Hello, here is the new
I found of peus
The dimensions is 24 inches X 2 1/4
The tires are chambrier marks, very mediocre quality
The size seems to be almost ca but in width ca at air pretty thin, they are
Very hard to climb, they place themselves very badly even with soap, the fat and a fairly strong inflation
24 inches seems to be the right size but 2 1/4 I doubt it is good

Don't forget, these are motorbikes.
Glad to see you found some tires. Keep us posted of your progress!
