time for a new project

im looking to build something faster than what ive been building (2 stroke 66cc's). i was hoping to score a worksman or something similar with room for an in frame tank.
any recomendations for a motor?
i was thinking a 212cc predator (or maybe even a 125cc)
 
Every one who builds a bike with a 212 predator seems to love it. If you don't mind cutting up the frame maybe check out some of the pit bike engines.
