This is definately the problem, but what caused it?

I finally found the problem, after taking the cylinder apart, heres a pic, whats wrong and how do i fix it? this bike is my only mode of transportation, so i need this fixed, hopefully i can order parts tonightdance1

time for a new piston and cylinder. It looks like the wrist pin broke and ended up in the cylinder. Not much else you can do ,but get luckier the next time. You might get a better wrist pin from a local engine shop . they should be able to match something up besides a china cheapie.
 
Yes looks like the wrist pin retainer broke, or a ring broke. That is exactly why I remove the cylinder and perform some inexpensive modifications.
 
my parts should be here today, ill post the completed repairs, along with my BRAND NEW BIKE that i should finish around the same time, thanks for all the help, at least now ill have a backup bike, and i can invite my friends to ride with mer.ly.
