this is something you should keep in mind before starting this project

Build your own bicycle.
The frame and parts to complete the bicycle as bicycle will run you more then $350 (wheels, forks, stem, handlebars, brakes, frame, seat, seat-post, the fenders) make sure you get bike frame with 1 1/8" fork

Use the agk gear ratio calculator, you need something like ~ 12.*** something overall reduction...sounds like your geared a little tall. Might want to consider using something like a 56t sprocket rear sprocket.

Also I'm not sure if they make sprocket adapters for the multi-geared hubs, there usually made for coaster brakes hubs.
Plus any good sprocket adapter and sprocket together is easily going to cost 70+ after shipping.

Another route is finding a decent rear disc mountain bike rim and buying a sprocket from agk of your choice that mount to the disk brake hubs directly without any special adapters

I currently have a 52 rear sprocket on predator my build and I have to use a 28t jack shaft sprocket and a 9t output and it's still geared a little tall.

Did you remove the governor ?

I have a Riverside with a China Girl.

If you will be keeping the fenders I strongly suggest you beef up the stays and mounts. For my rear fender mounts I replaced the stamped stays with .375" round bar. It is a single piece that loops under the fender just like the original stays. I flattened the the ends to mount at the frame.
I also replaced the little fender tab (under the seat) with a much more stout steel angle.
The fender is rock solid now and I am not worried about it coming loose and ending up in the wheel.

All these pictures of Riversides has me all excited, snork.

First time I saw a pic of a kit, this is almost the exact bicycle I saw in my head. My mental image differed only in that the bike was all black.

Chris is so right about the fenders! (Great build Chris. I am gonna have to do a ChinaGirl RS build) They will try and kill you if left alone. The fenders, not the kits or bike. Although.......

We should start a Riverside club. Well, guess ya already did, lol.
