Swap 49cc for 66 top end? Doable?

Are the two kit sizes interchangeable? Can I just swap the piston and cylinder for the other size?

Likely not. These are head gaskets one from a 50cc and one from a 66cc. But you never know exactly what you actually have.

I would swap the head along with the cylinder of course, but I guess the bolt holes wouldn't line up

i think would have to get a new crank arm as well to make sure timing is right

Absolutely not, they have different bore sizes
