i was wondering if there are such things as aftermarket suspension for your bike i would like to put them on a bike on the front and back . i have seen a few online but there is no mention if it is universal so it would fit any bike. i am leaning towards a Schwinn siesta or a firm-strong both are beach cruiser models.

I keep an eye on the local Goodwill store for parts bikes, I can often find a girls bike with forks and rims i can use for $15-20. I've got a girls 24" tire bike that our granddaughter rides when here that cost me $15, it didn't need anything but washing and air in the tires.

Front end can be witched to suspension forks
With a rigid frame you can use a suspension seat post
If the rear is rigid it's always rigid unless ya cut and modify the frame
Maybe only exception would be those banana seat with the sissy bars having shocks and hing in front seat post. Though this does not stop rear wheel from bouncing as it is only for seat.
