Suggestions for a good springer fork in black?

Im looking for a black springer fork for my cruiser. Does anyone have any recommendations on some good ones?

I bought a chrome one, sanded it and painted part of it the same color as the frame.
You could sand a chrome one and paint it too.

Has anyone used caliper brakes on the Monark fork or is disc the only one that will work? I like the sturmey archer drum brake set up but it doesnt look like it would work on the monark.

Drums will work on Monark forks, but discs are the best!

I have been using my X-FD on a beehive springer re-pop for about 3 yrs

How does the brake arm attach with the axle being bolted in the middle of the fulcrum?
