Dang, Lud. Ya got me thinking...
K. Instead of that. A cover that fills with rain water and opens. As the rain stops, the cover dripps slowly empty and folds back over the gutters? It really is a PITB to clean em and people pay a lot for these weird fillers, screens and other ways to keep crap out of rain gutters.

This is exciting! I copied and sent first post to an organization that is fed funded and was real into some of the concepts. They are introducing me to existing companies that might be interested in producing some of my crazies.
