what is the exact hub i need to run a three speed on my gt2 bike ...please show me a hyperlink....thanks also what rear sprocket should i run?

BUT you must run it as a jackshaft, not laced into the wheel. In doing so you over drive it, increasing the RPM at any given speed. What this does is distributes the load across about 10 times the teeth compared to if it was in the wheel.
