Sprocket!

Having a hard time contacting jim over at manic mechanic for a sprocket. Who sells a good and cheap sprocket (36t)? Worth buying the adapter? If not, where's the cheapest place to purchase a sprocket using the sandwich type attachment method?

I Don't About cheap. But I Think pirate cycles has them and a few more places do too.

Worth it??? YES!

Not sure of the best source, but a sprocket adapter is a major improvement over a rag joint!

I think it should be the first improvement made to an ht kit.

i just happen to have a 36 tooth spocket off a old build its a pirate cycles spocket

I just installed the one pirate cycles sells

4 teeth more then stock, so far helps on all the hills and acceleration from a dead stop is better
I also think it makes the bike quieter, either the way its designed or the way it mounts
Im almost silent when rolling now

I like the fact you have a small amount you can press it in or out and easily swap sprockets
Plus looks alot cleaner too


it is pricey though

Well worth it. I actuallly feel a speed increase over the rag joint.
