Sprocket rubs aluminum frame

26" aluminum frame cruiser bike. Drive sprocket rubs so what is the better way to fix. Should i cut or notch out a place or crush the **** out of frame to make it not rub. Picts of where im talking about.

I am excited to see how the belt drive works out, looks like a coaster brake hub. If there is any axle sticking out the other side, maybe you can work it over or get a longer axle from bike supplier, then use some spacers, push the frame out..........Curt

That sounds way smarter then my first thought. Ty ill try that. Yeah this only 1 size belt business has given me problems all around. But ill post my progress and hopefully my finished project.

Ya never want to bash or grind anything on aluminum frames, without side effects, cracking is the main thing. So far you are the only one i know of that is using rear belt, but see a lot of sites have them for sale. They are used on Harley's, and had one on my lawn tractor, strong. Best part would no more chain troubles, like a lot of people have...........Curt
