Springer fork and front breaks...?

I was wondering what folks are doing to have front breaks on a springer fork?

I use a Sturmey-Archer X-FD front drum wheel
15000+ miles and still works great !!!

I bought a monarch with the disc mount, but the bike is still being put together, Venice MotorBikes makes a disc adapter for Schwinn type springers if you wanted to go the disc route.

I now make mounts that will bolt 160 size disc brakes onto ANY fork!!

I welded on bosses to my springer fork to use linear pull breaks and they work great! Easy to do and didnt discolor the chrome to much- nothing a little silver/chrome testors paint wouldnt cover up pretty well. I am very interested in the disc brake adapter mentioned above though! A disc on the front sure would look slick!
