Spandex Style Pants: Who Wears Them and What Kind?

Don't think this is a stupid post, rather interesting. I wear jeans no problems!

I don't own spandex or know the reason for them. If they helped me go faster, kept me cooler or stuck to all seats like glue. Not reason enough for me to sport them.

I would wear them, only if someone bet me some $$$$$, then I would do it!!

Me in spandex. Just imagine 215 lbs. of whale blubber shoved into a pair of pantyhose, I would not want subject anyone to such a visual catastrophe. I like to ride in denim jeans....

I can't believe this stupid post wasn't deleted ;-)

OH NO YOU DONT!! There is much to be learned here. I gave up on spandex as it didnt fit any more and couldnt find any larger... Never slipped off the saddle though; coefficent of friction too high and and the folds help to grip.
