Some people just use dog tags. You can get them from machines at a major pet store. You can put whatever info you want on them. Then rivet it to the cover.

I put that info on the inside of my mag cover with metal letter and number stamps. I guess I'll start putting the info on the outside for obvious reasons. The dog tags are cool also.

Bikeberry "48 cc" engine case cover, $14 . If you get pulled over for something you really did, it's not going to help you, especially if you don't have a 48cc, but if someone just sees it, passing your parked bike, or the cops check you out, it might shorten the conversation so you can go back to cruising along.
