Sheave mounting & alignment

Hey gang

trying to wrap up the assembly of the 47H and hit a major snag

the rear sheave isn't lining up w/ my 4-cross spoke pattern. about 12 screws line up in the grooves in the original sheave. the others are off by 4-5mm.

i've set up a jig to true it to the wheel.

any clues? i'm pulling my hair out here.

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. I know of Whizzer's existence, but little more than that. But someone'll come along with some knowledge.

Ive heard there are sheaves for 3 cross and 4 cross one being the newer and one being the older she avers, which one I'm not sure, try JBcruisin he will prob know.
