Ok so I have a brand new engine that I had a accident on and came to an abrubt stop. I have spark compression and fuel. After much research I've come to the conclusion that I sheared the woodruff key at the time of impact. I can't find any videos showing how to replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The key for the magnet is hidden by the nut and washer, when you say it's sheared how did you decide that? If you're asking where to find one try a local hardware store, you may have to file/sand one down to fit. The picture below shows the woodruff key on a two stroke.
I remember when I changed the magneto, thinking it may be that, that a small piece of metal was inside the cover when I took it off and didn't think anything of it until I read about wood ruff keys. So I now think that piece of metal was the sheared woodruff
Lowe’s, Home Depot and ace hardware have woodruff keys, they may not be metric, take your magnet with you and find one close and sand/file it till it fits. Be sure the key is at one o’clock like the picture, you can put the magnet on backwards.
Thanks for all your help. I have to go get a faucet removal tool to try and get the magnet out. It's stuck pretty good and I don't want to damage anything else.
It shouldn’t be that hard to remove, loosen the nut but don’t remove it, pry behind the magnet while tapping on the end of the crankshaft, it should break loose.
Look at the picture I posted above make sure the magnet is on correct, it will go on backwards. With the key at one o’clock as shown the flat side of the magnet should be almost flat
