It takes a nod in the direction of the old VeloSolex in the way it's been laid out. As nice as it looks I'd still rather have one of the old ones.

The alienexpress e-bike should move along nicely with a 60 volt motor.
I could not really ascertain any specs on the e-solex batteries.
