S7 rim with 2 speed hub... will it work?

I am building my first motorized bike and I was wondering if the rear sproket will mount on my rear hub. its an internal 2 speed coaster brake with no red bands and a red label Bendix coaster arm. I should have my kit tuesday and if its not going to work can you tell me the most preferred hub to use and I will have my rim re-laced.

How many spokes does the Bendix hub have? (36 is how many you want).

36, but i have read that the diameter of the hub may be to big

Take the wheel off & hold the sprocket in place & see if all the holes are clear enough to fit the bolts through??
