Runtong KCRB carburetor

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows where to get instructions for the Runtong KCRB carb, or if anyone has experience with these.

I'm not sure what to do with three vacuum lines nor do I know for sure what I need to do to tune it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

David if you can post a picture that will help, a lot of carburators are very similar to each other.

Does yours look similar to this? If so the one closest to the idle screw is the bowl vent.

I had a earlier version of that carb, I used a small engine fuel filter to keep debris out but let air out so the bowl would fill.

your first pic is similar but has two lines at the bowl vent area and mine has only one. Your second pic, mounted on your bike, looks about right. I saw a pic online of a similar carb that did this with the other two lines

That hose on the bottom should hang down, it's the overflow in case the needle gets stuck open, you can see the hose on my picture. You can just let the hoses point down if you want. The way you have it if the float sticks the fuel can't drain and will go into the engine.

any advice on tuning? I have gathered so far that I need to adjust the needle into the "upper" position, but I haven't yet found out how to do that.
