ROVER GT bike as starting point?

really liking this..mainly because i can swap some low handlebars without having a huge stem hanging out.

Would this fit a 80cc skyhawk angled head pretty easy? Also will I have to remove the coaster brake, and could I ever jackshift it?

Hows the quality of this bike vs an older cruiser?

I believe I would need an internal rear hub shifter to use the shiftkit also. Can I just get this setup somewhere?

Micargi's are fine for a motorized build. You will probably need to replace bearings withing a year or so (headset, bottom baracket, etc), but they are OK and look cool.
Electras and Felts are great for motorizing, but not within everybody's budget.
