Yup, Pro-Seal 870-2 I remember from packing the stuff in boxes and sending it out. There are paste grades and liquid grades, there's also a specific cleaning wipe for wiping uncured sealant away. You need to do it before it cures, because it won't come off easily afterwards.
 
Couple of questions to the wise ones here. If soldering would silver solder be the first choice? If so what kind and how much flux should be applied? If just riviting and sealing would running a bead of the stuff Ludwig spoke of on the seam, then riviting the bits togather be a good thing? And as to Caswells: are we speaking of the Dragons Blood? I like that stuff! Used it on the Twin build. I ask because Im plotting a similar tank in a rather odd configration.
