Reduction Gear Box for Huasheng 142F 49cc from Australia distributor

Cheers. Has anyone else had troubles with this HS49cc suited gearbox from Australia distributor? I am having troubles with the bell housing not correctly fitting the clutch pads size to width, therefore heating the engine and gearbox up to high temps during use. Any replys most welcome, thanks. mtdandy in Australia.
Im now having to purchase the 4G grubee gearbox to make it all come together neatly. A sik bike parts kit is also in the mail to me. I am also hoping that the 4G fits snug to the (tapered shaft style) engine.

Haven't had the heat that I know of. Only got to ride my bike 10 days in cold weather before bell housing broke from the slots in it. Got a new bell housing. Probly just going to go with something else.

Look up pocketbike gearbox on Ebay, there are about 7 different ones you can choose from, even a CVT which would work great with the RPM range of the HS49 without the need for modding the variator by removing weights or putting in lightened ones.
