biknut Well-Known Member Sep 15, 2011 #2 First of all, welcome to the forum from Dallas. What kind of motor do you have? Generally overheating is caused by lean running. That could be caused by an intake leak, or too small of a jet in your carb. No matter what's wrong, we can help fix it.
