Rear wheel stuck

Gonna try this one more time in one ride my rear wheel locked up for 2nd time my clutch cable snapped my fuel line broke it was dark had to break my chain to get home! Anyway my clutch arm is pushed back as far as it will go will not engage any suggestions?

The fact that you had to take the chain off to get it to roll tells me that your problem isn't in the wheel... (it's somewhere in the engine).
Was your chain so loose that it bunched up inside the engine cover (& locked up the sprocket)???

No the chain was fine just the tire was stuck i had problem before but did the half turn on clutch flower nut worked for a min
