I have a Delmar with a cheap wal mart rear hub. My problem is the rear hub is loose, not the actually bolts that keep the wheel on but when I move my wheel left to right it slides back and forth on the hub. Anyone know how to fix?

You will need a 'thin' wrench to do this properly. There are two nuts that are locked together to keep them in place, & one of the nuts requires a thin wrench.
You can find the wrench at a bike shop.

i'm going to guess that your axle is not chrome molly.
i found mine was bent after some use. so i paid the bicycle shop would install one for about 10-15$
i think i got a a chrome molly axle & new bearings installed for about $20.
if that isn't in your plans, check the tension of your drive chain.
then roll your back tire half way around & check tension again.
