Rear Drum Freewheel/Control Rod

I found this interesting concept. Builder used a flanged freewheel on the left side to operate a lever that controls drum brake by back pedaling, similar to using a coaster brake.

that's pretty cool. i've been wanting to make a drum brake with a rod linkage set up for a while now, but never thought of that method.

i was gonna do something like a motorcycle with a brake pedal you could hit with your heel.

Maybe if that can be done, I can make a foot brake to work on my pedal-less motorized build. Although it has V-brakes, a cable to a foot pad that pulls a cable?

But if that is done, then since I don't have a manual clutch hand lever, the centrifugal automatic clutch the reason, I could put the front brake lever on the left handle bar and only have a twist grip throttle on the right handle bar.

I was informed of recent that bikes have the front brake on the left handle bar while motorcycles have them on the right. If I don't have pedals any more and the DMV OHV registration for special construction build says motorcycle, should I have to put the front brake lever on the right handle bar?

Something like the Twilight Zone ehhh!
