Question about oil types.

So I'm probably being overly cautious, but I'm not sure what oil to use to break in ( and use after the break in) my 4 stroke engine.
I've read a slew of comments and what I gather is one thing.

Break in with non-synthetic
Ride off in synthetic.

My question is a little more...specific.
Do I search for labels that specifically say 4 stroke oil 10-30?

Do I go to auto zone and find a bottle of oil that says 10-30 on it?
Does motorcycle oil work? ( silly question I know)
If it's non-synthetic can I assume by definition it's petroleum oil?
I bought this from the store and I'm....hesitant to put it into my engine.

Yes, you're being over cautious!! (4-cycle is the same as 4-stroke, & 10w30 is the same as 10-30)
Your engine is already broken in at the factory & that oil is perfect for it.

Thank you! I know it's off topic, but do you Know the sequence I should start my engine with?

Turn choke on, crank up engine, qait a few seconds, turn chock off and start riding?
