Pulled spark plug won't start now

I finished bike last night got her running without kill switch turned it off by pulling spark plug wire now won't start back up checked for spark and it's not sparking is it the plug ?

If you are using the stock spark plug wire the clip inside the plastic boot may have broken. Cut it off and change to automotive style. Are you grounding the spark plug when checking for spark?

Could be that you pulled it loose from the CDI. See if it feels firmly anchored.
