Problems with bike

Hi everybody I just got a bike with a motor on it I’m new to this and don’t know much about them my problem is every time pull up to a stop sign or i have my clutch disengaged it shuts off on me as if it’s not getting gas what can I do to fix the problem

there's a screw with a spring on the side of the carb... turn it clockwise until it stays running
