Polaris sportsman 90

After some studies I've got the parts... A different cylinder but this is what is available as of posting... It's going to take some work but nothing jumps out as not workable... Turning the Polaris crank to fit the china 110 case reed is the direction... Modifying the china crank to fit the rod is something else... 54mm minereli in the works...

The jumbo is 60mm stud spacing as for the regular 110 only the rod is valuable for the phantom 85 and the Yd bottom end the 110 crank is wider than the 100 a few mm.. so it will work

Basically I use the 110 crank in the yd100 bottom end for the phantom 85 and use the 110 case reed case for the Polaris 90... And there's a case reed phantom option... Mix and match 52-54mm matching up the stroke and rod to the cylinder still going to need a spacer for the deck height... Welcome to my parts department

The cylinder I like is back in stock... Everything this else is going out or is pricey...

Got 3 of these heads for the Polaris 90 and the phantom both are 50mm stud spacing
