I memory serves me right, I read a very recent post that stated that bicycle-engines.com are back ordered on the 4G kits right now. It is not just bicycle-engines.com, all the common vendors are waiting on the slooow boat from China.
Better to call them and confirm this than order on line and wait... wait... wait, wondering what is taking sooooo long. They usually ship the next day!

If you had of clicked the link you would have seen that
bicycle-engines.com have the kits in stock but are out of the
HS motor and 4G gearbox
