Things are moving slowly along. The gas tank is almost finished. Once the tank is completely finished there won't be any space between it and the frame. There will be a seamless fit.

Thanks! I am having a problem that I'm open to suggestions on. My chain is hitting, top and bottom, on the frame, in front of the back tire. Pictures of any solutions would be great!

On the last Dyno Roadster that I built, I welded a custom double roller from two chain tensioners. So far it's been working perfect.
If you look close at the top pic, you'll see that I used a tensioner backing plate as a spacer... I ended up adding a second plate to get the proper tire clearance after this pic was taken.
