pics too big

Just got some pics of my first built but it says they are too big to post[jpegs] got me any help will greatly be appreciated.TKS (?)
 
Well, I'm no expert at this it took me a long time to learn how to post pic's. I have to use photobucket, I think it will auto resize the pic's for you but not sure. I just go to edit at photobucket and hit resize for message board.
Hopefully someone who knows more can jump in and give better advice.
