Basically a GT6 motor ported cylinder, high compression head, NGK plug, Billet intake (in the pic an video billet intake wasn't on yet) gonna be getting a little reed valve intake soon. Expansion chamber, performance carb with a .70 jet in it. Gonna be switching the handlebars out. Different rear tire on the back its a kenda 26" 1.95. Also gonna be getting different exhaust just to see how I like it.

nice to see a vid that points where the bike is going rather than where the riders head is looking

I just got my new exhaust installed and a Billet Intake but I will be putting this reed valve intake on. I had to jet the carb to .70 instead of the .65 that I had in there. Wow this new exhaust has mid to top end way better than the older one I had on there with this setup.. The phone gps used to say max was 38mph and now i hit 42mph but that was kind of going up hill it could do more than that. Still have to install the racing handle bars but i bought the wrong size and they are too big for the forks. If i took air filter off i'm curious how fast it would go. I'll have some new videos on my youtube when I get more done.

From the video, it certainly sounds like you've got the carb dialed in perfectly!!

I've got the same exhaust......but I've got an old Briggs cylinder muffler stuffed in the end. I couldn't take the loudness without it. Also seemed like the lower and mid-range were a little stronger without effecting the top end.

Great job!!

Thanks man, ya it really pisses me off if i start 4 stroking so making sure the carb is tuned in is like a priority to me. I had the black exhaust on like in the first pic and video is that the one you have? currently i'm using this new mz chrome one which i gained more top end and mid power and to be honest i think its quieter than those black ones man i was going deaf with that one but i was wearing helmet now with this other one testing out the speed and full face helmet is like ear plugs almost lol. But as far as it idling and what not it's quieter than the black ones.

Yep, I've got the black one. It has hit 43mph with a 36t ---- it was howling (that was with the muffler stuffed in it)! It seems happiest around 32 to 34mph according to the GPS.

Put the reed valve on and some wire conduit around the yellow CDI wire didn't really like how the yellow looked. Also added 7/8s hose to end of the exhaust running it down the frame of the bike.

Nanner seat looks good.
How is the rear wheel sprocket attached? Bolted to the disk rotor holes?

You may have to stack base gaskets, if needing more than 2 then it'd be better to make a spacer with gaskets on top and bottom.

I would buy another crankshaft or crankshaft, I tried to seal it from above the aluminum but I have to raise a lot under it or 5mm to raise it 4mm but it was hard to compress and it did not start so I'm trying to find another solution
