Oil leak from Top of motor?

I have a oil leak from the top of the engine on my bike, when I bought this the guy said it had blown a head gasket but he had replaced it obviously not. How hard is it to replace, does the metal top just come off and slap the new one on? What can happen when you blow a head gasket on a skyhawk gt5 66cc?

Easy to change, but read this before you do it. In the folder I have a sub folder about modifications for a HT. There are a number of issues you should be aware of when pulling the head.
