Hey all. For a few days now, my motor has been making a grinding noise when I roll the wheels with the clutch held down and motor powered off. It's not the clutch cover or the flower nut... I also greased the flywheel and pinion gear as well as the clutch pin and clutch ball (The 2 parts behind the left side gear). Still no luck... any ideas?

Another thing you might want to check as well dimentio, is your clutch actuator cover.

Old, Fat, and still faster than you
I once found a tiny bit of metal in a clutch pad that was grinding whenever the clutch was slipped. I could only hear it when pushing the bike with the motor off. The lever let it drag and made it grind. I took the bike apart thinking it was something major and found a groove in the clutch where this tiny metal bit had been grinding. Replaced pads and no more noise! It might me something to check out if you find nothing else.
