O & R Chicken Power engine info needed

I need assistance on how to mount the engine on the fork. There's a mounting bracket attached to the engine and I have mounting parts left over (some appear to be duplicates) I picture would be helpful or a manual.

Additionally, I need to know the correct oil/gas mixture. The bike shop where I got it said to use synthetic oil 50:1, but an instruction sheet I found in the box said (MS) S.A.E. 30 weight oil 24:1.

All suggestions appreciated.

BTW "General Discussion" is jus' fine for any thread bike related, it's all good ;)
 
the term "chicken motor" for a friction drive has been around since the 70's (at least that's the first time i heard it.)

anyone know how or why it originated?
