That's exactly what I had thought of for it! I've already got a motorcycle helmet that is the 3/4 helmet, or what they call the "helicopter pilot" style. I plan on painting it to match the bike and it will look just like that one on ebay.

Exactly! Or, what I had thought of was a full sized air-soft replica of an AK-47 assault rifle, if I can think of a cool looking way to mount it on the bike.

I still don't think I would trust the cops to not over-react! At best you are going to be making them take a close look at you. Do you really want that?

Would I be doing any of this if I wasn't trying to draw attention to myself? I'm sure some of that attention is going to be from cops. Can't be helped.

That doesn't sound like something you're going find. At best, you're going to find something that might work with some serious modification, but probably you will have to make one up yourself. You're right though. That would look great on this machine. Then it would be fit for Ho Chi Minn himself!
