noob needs help removing centrifical clutch

i just built my first build clutch wont disengage i know how to fix but i cant get the centrifugal clutch out who has done this what is the secret jm going nuts ive tried everything short of a shot gun ive been working on it all freakin day help

What brand of motor or kit.
Is it a china girl (happytime )?

No its the grubee or whatever i finally got a hold of gas bike and the guy told me to take it to a machine shop or small engine shop and pay for it my self he lied to me and told me they were out of all engines try back in 2 weeks i should have saved money and got the same crappy service on ebay
