No Compression

I just built my second motorized bike after selling my first for a good deal. It has only been running 3 days and i had been stupid and drove it 9 miles without stopping. It ran great then i shut it off and when i went to start it it wouldnt start and has no compression. The piston and rings and cylinder look great not a scratch but it has no compression at all. When i rotate the tire without the clutch in, it still has resistance but not the popping noise it normaly has. With the cylinder head off when i rotate the tire the piston barely moves . It is a bikeberry 66/80cc flying horse two stroke motor. I already know it has spark and the clutch is good and the carb is good too. Please help me

Take the right side clutch cover off and watch the clutch and 20 tooth bevel gear.
Your clutch is slipping.
Driving 9 miles is no big deal.

Remove the left side magneto cover to use the nut on the magnet to turn the puston over Clockwise so you do not loosen the nut so the only loose nut around will be you. lol

yeah, one of the factory guys has been forgetting to grease the drive gears on some of these too - you may have no teeth on that small bevel gear now

last 20 kits I got, the first I sold came back toothless 3 days later - no biggie to just pop a new gear on & grease it well - then had to re-open all the rest of kits and grease them all, as all were dry
