Nirve Cannibal 3 speed - Shift Kit?

Hello everyone!

I'm currently building a Nirve cannibal 3 speed internal hub as my first build.

Clearing the rear 3cm tire is really an issue, and there ain't no adapters for my 3 speed hub around.

I was wondering, is a shift kit a viable option? This way I wouldn't need to mess with the back wheel.

A shift kit SHOULD work, just as long as you get the gearing ratios sorted out. Since you only have three gears to work with, I suggest that you find the optimum third gear.

Unsure if you have coaster brake, and if this type of brake works w/shift kit. Your best bet would be to email SBP staff. They would know.
